CANCELLATION POLICY - Standard Tariffs
1.	If cancelling 2 weeks or more in advance full refund of deposit will be made
2.	If cancelling less than 2 weeks in advance deposit will be retained unless the room is resold. Alternatively we will hold the deposit against a future booking for up to 3 months from date of cancellation
3.	If cancelling less than 48 hours in advance you may be liable for up to 75% of the total cost unless the room can be resold and will forfeit the whole deposit unless the room is resold. In any case £5.00 administration costs may be deducted

1.	If cancelling 8 weeks or more in advance full refund of deposit will be made
2.	If cancelling 2-8 weeks in advance deposit will be retained unless the room is resold, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full. Alternatively we will hold the deposit against a future booking for up to 3 months from date of cancellation
3.	If cancelling less than 2 weeks in advance you may be liable for up to 75% of the total cost unless the room can be resold and will forfeit the whole deposit unless the room is resold. In any case £5.00 administration costs may be deducted
